GENERAL

  • Do you have a shop minimum order? Yes, we have a shop minimum order of $40. For example, if you order one small decal, the order total would still be $40 but we would print you as many decals as it takes to give you $40 worth of decals.
     

  • Is there standard pricing that can be viewed online? No, all of our products and services are custom, so please call us at 336-221-8188 or email us at aim@bullzeyesigns.com to receive a quote on your job.
     

  • Do you sell pre-packaged decal strip kits for cars? Not currently.
     

  • Can you pinstripe my car or trailer? We can create custom stripe designs, but traditional pinstriping is not a service that we currently offer.

 

 

ART SETUP

  • Is there a charge for art setup? Typically, no. Most art setup is included in our pricing, however an art charge of $60/hr. may apply for very specific requests that are very labor intensive.
     

  • What DPI should I send my artwork in? 150dpi.
     

  • What file format should I submit my artwork in? Preferably vector format. For those not familiar with that term, the file extension is typically PDF, EPS, or AI. Photos look best at 150dpi at full size. As a general rule of thumb, any photo file that is less than 1mb is typically too low to use. The larger the file size, the better. If you're still not certain if a file is usable or not, just open it and zoom in to look at the detail. If the image holds a lot of detail, then it will typically work depending on the size of the product your are purchasing.
     

  • My artwork looks clear to me on my phone, can you use it?  The requirement for print and screen viewing are very different from one another. Sending in screenshots of your logo/artwork will not give us a file that we can work with.
     

  • Can you match my colors exactly? We can get very close, but there are many factors, such as ambient and direct lighting that effect viewing printed colors on vinyl. Factors such as weather and time of day can often change the perception of color on vinyl. For best color matching results, please reference your colors using the Pantone Color Matching System.

VEHICLE/TRAILER GRAPHICS

  • How much will it cost to wrap my car/van/truck? Because our pricing is based on square footage, we don't have a standardized price list. We can give you a rough estimate over the phone or email, but to get exact pricing we will need to measure your vehicle.
     

  • How does the process work? Bring your vehicle to Bullzeye, and one of our associates will help you determine the right look and amount of coverage to best serve your unique needs. Once we determine the scope of your project, we'll take a small deposit, measure and take photos of your vehicle to construct a custom design template. Once we've come up with a design, we'll email you a proof so you can see exactly what your vehicle will look like before any vinyl is printed. Together, we'll work to make any necessary adjustments to the proof to ensure you're 100% happy with the design. Once you have approved the design, we will schedule an install date.
     

  • Can I get a design proof before I place my order? No, we only produce design proofs for active orders.
     

  • Does your service include the removal of any existing wrap/decals? No, removal is charged separately at a rate of $60/hr.
     

  • Do you guarantee your work? Yes, we have a 180 day guarantee on all wraps and decal jobs. Please see the Bullzeye Graphics Care and Warranty Information sheet for details.
     

  • How long will my wrap last? The vinyl we use for vehicle wraps and decals is high grade vinyl that is rated for extended outdoor use, and has an average life expectancy of 4-5 years. Bullzeye cannot guarantee how long any wraps or decals will last due to the fact that there are many conditions that greatly affect longevity. Some key factors that affect wrap life are the condition and age of the vehicle when it was wrapped, prolonged direct exposure of the wrap to the sun, and the way in which the vehicle is washed. SIGNS, BANNERS & DECALS

  • What is your standard turn-around time for signs, banners, and decals? 3-5 business days, may vary.
     

  • Is there a minimum order? Yes, we have a shop minimum order of $40. For example, if you order one small decal, the order total would still be $40 but we would print you as many decals as it takes to give you $40 worth of decals.
     

  • Is installation included in my price? No, there is a separate charge for installation.

SCREEN PRINTING

  • Is there a minimum order? Yes, it's 12 pieces.
     

  • Can I mix and match products to achieve my minimum order? Yes, as long as the design remains the same size with the same setup of ink colors, however there is a small fee for changing ink colors on the same design.
     

  • Can I get a design proof before I place my order? No, we only produce design proofs for active orders.
     

  • Can I use photos in my design? No. We use a conventional screen printing technique which requires your art to be made from solid lines and fills. The limitations of screen printing are comparable to painting with a stencil or designing a stamp.
     

  • What is your typical turn-around time? Typically, 7-10 business days, may vary seasonally.
     

  • What types of products and brand names do you offer? We have very broad access to a wide array of apparel, accessories, colors and fabric types... far too many to list online. The best way for you to view our options is to come in to the shop and browse from our catalogs.
     

  • Can I provide my own clothing for printing? Yes, but won't don't recommend it. If you provide your own products, we cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of the print. Due to the fact that mis-prints sometimes occur, Bullzeye Signs & Graphics Co. is not responsible for any items that may be accidentally damaged during the printing process.
